Cheltenham is a spa town in the county of Gloucestershire that is also known as Cheltenham Spa. At the edge of the idyllic Cotswolds, Cheltenham has a long history with racing and is a prosperous area offering plenty for the visitor to enjoy. As the home of the famous British steeplechase horse racing event, the Gold Cup, vast numbers arrive every March for the Cheltenham Festival.
