Seaton

The seaside town of Seaton in the attractive county of Devon is set inside Lyme Bay with the River Axe to the east. The town is between majestic red cliffs and stunning white cliffs in the dramatic landscape of the Jurassic Coast of the Dorset and East Devon Coast World Heritage Coastline and is a favoured spot for visitors exploring this diverse region. A geological journey through history is offered with three eras of rock strata spanning 185 million years. Seaton also attracts transport and nature enthusiasts alike as it is home to a unique tramway that runs inland along the Axe Estuary and the Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve.

The picturesque pebble beach is long and gently sloping with clear waters and an esplanade with outstanding views.
