Rogart

Rogart is a village in the east of the Scottish Highland county of Sutherland, neighbouring the village of Golspie. It offers an excellent base from which to explore the sites and beauty of the Scottish Highlands, with rail connection by the Far North Line, a good choice of holiday accommodation, and several pubs and restaurants to choose from. Sutherland as a whole is known for its immaculate beaches, rich heritage, and wildlife, as well as for the striking views that bring thousands of visitors to the area each year. 

Attractions in the area include Laidhay Croft Museum, Dunrobin Castle, the Hugh Miller Museum and Birthplace Cottage, and
Elgin Cathedral.
