Ribbleton

Once a village in its own right, Ribbleton is now a suburb of the city of Preston, in Lancashire, England. It is situated within the picturesque Ribble Valley, and still retains something of that village atmosphere. Visitors to Ribbleton with benefit from ease of access to a wealth of major visitor attractions in the region including the vibrant nightlife of the cities of Preston, Bolton and Manchester — which are only a few stops away on the mainline — as well as the tranquillity of rural Lancashire, which lies just beyond Ribbleton's doorsteps.

Ribbleton is also convenient for a visit to the UK's number one seaside resort at Blackpool, which features the Pleasure Beach theme park, a large zoo, the famous Blackpool Tower with its circus, aquarium, and ballroom within, plus countless other amusements along the length of the promenade.
