Pentir

The small settlement of Pentir in Gwynedd, Wales is set in a stunning rural landscape and is at the gateway to majestic Snowdonia with its National Park and nearby the historic town of Caernarfon. The county of Gwynedd is in the north-west of Wales and although the area is vast, the settlements are few; making for diverse and untouched expanses of picturesque countryside, rich with diverse wildlife habitats and a variety of flora, fauna and landscapes.

 

Pentir has some amenities but is in close proximity to larger places like Bangor that offer further choices for shopping, dining and leisure as well as visitor attractions, historic sites, cultural attractions and places of interest. Many visitors come to enjoy the wealth of outdoor activities available to enjoy in the area including golf, riding, cycling, walking and fishing.
