Middle Rasen

Middle Rasen is a former village in what is now the market town of Market Rasen, within the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated on the River Rase near the couty town of Lincoln, Gainsborough and and Grimsby, and enjoys an attractive location on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, on the course of the National Cycle Route 1 (EuroVelo 12).

The town offers an excellent vantage point from which to enjoy the sites and attractions of Lincolnshire, with good shopping prospects, various entertainment venues and a good choice of quality holiday accommodation. Popular attractions in the area include the National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby, the Sealife Centre and Pleasure Island Theme Park at Cleethorpes, Waltham Windmill, Lincoln Castle, Lincoln Cathedral, Thornton Abbey, and Natureland Seal Sanctuary, to name only a handful.
