Loudwater

Loudwater is a hamlet near High Wycombe in a Buckinghamshire valley, in England. It features an 18th century St Peter's Church and a Victorian mansion called Burleighfield House, which is the former studio of the stained glass designer Patrick Reyntiens, along with a number of quaint old cottages acquired throughout the centuries.

The hamlet is now mostly within its parent town of High Wycome and although it retains that pleasant rural charm, it offers excellent amenities and transport links, including several retail parks, a large Tesco supermarket, a Brewers Fayre motel and a choice of pubs and restaurants, making this a very pleasant location from which to explore Buckinghamshire.

Popular attractions in the area include Wycombe Abbey, the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, Ivinghoe Beacon, and the Chiltern Hills Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
