High Wycombe

High Wycombe is a large town in Buckinghamshire, England, within commuting distance of London. It is one of the largest towns in the county and has held a market held in its High Street since the Medieval era. It has historical links with the furniture production industry, which still continues today. The town features a very large shopping complex, the Eden Centre, and countless entertainment venues, nightclubs, and leisure facilities, including Rye Park, through which the River Rye flows. This is an extensive parkland featuring various games courts and an open-air swimming pool.

Hughenden Manor is a popular historical attraction of the area, as the former home to Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli. It is a regency style mansion, set in sprawling grounds of landscaped gardens, with views of the Chiltern countryside. It is open to the public all year round and provides a very enjoyable family day out. Other attractions in the region are Wycombe Abbey, the Roald Dahl Children's Gallery, Hartwell House, and Winslow Hall, to name only a few.
