Hickling

Hickling is a village in the English county of Norfolk, located 20 miles to the north-east of Norwich. 

Hickling Green and Hickling Heath are the two main parts of the village, with Hickling Heath being the more tourist-orientated area, which draws thousands of visitors each year  who come to enjoy boat trip tours and treks across the moors at the staithe, on the edge of the Hickling Broads. There area is characterised by old fashioned charm and  thatched cottages, including Turner's Hut, which is a popular local landmark.

Attractions in the local area include the Horsey Windpump, Great Yarmouth Racecourse, the Elizabethan House Museum, The Tolhouse, and the City of Norwich Aviation Museum, to name only a handful.
