Hesketh Bank

Hesketh Bank is a small agricultural village in Lancashire, which is situated on the Irish Sea estuary of the River Ribble, close to Southport. Although relatively small in itself, the village of Hesketh is a very popular stopping place for people on one of the many scenic walks through the South Ribble countryside. The town is within close proximity to the major cities of Preston and Liverpool, as well as to many of the better known tourist attractions of the region, including Samlesbury Hall, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Lancaster Castle and family fun days out at fantastic places like the Windmill Animal Farm petting zoo, with its working model railway.
