Hackthorn

Hackthorn is a traditional and welcoming village in the West Lindsey district of the English county of Lincolnshire, near Lincoln. It boasts a rich history that dates back to at least the Roman era and features a large landscaped park, several listed buildings, and a scenic lake by the parish church.

 

The village offers an excellent vantage point from which to enjoy the sites and attractions of Lincolnshire, with good shopping prospects in the local area, various entertainment venues and a good choice of quality holiday accommodation. Popular attractions in the area include Grantham Museum, Grantham House, Woolsthorpe Manor, Bourne Abbey, Lincoln Castle, Lincoln Cathedral, Thornton Abbey, and Natureland Seal Sanctuary, to name only a handful.
