Drybrook

Drybrook is a typically English village with an enviable location in the ancient Forest of Dean, in west Gloucestershire. It is situated near the middle of the Royal Forest, neighbouring Cinderford and Mitcheldean. The village offers a good range of amenities, including a butcher, a chemist, several convenience stores, a hairdresser, a post office, and several take-aways including a traditional fish and chips shop, as well as several well-regarded pubs.

The Mechanical Organ Museum is one of the village's top attractions, which is situated on the road to Lea and Ross-on-Wye. It is a unique collection of mechanical music, spanning 150 years, including examples of mechanical organs, electric organs & musical boxes, polyphons, pianola, and automatic piano.

Attractions in the area include the Dean Heritage Centre, the International Centre for Birds of Prey, the Great Western Railway Museum (Coleford), and Goodrich Castle.
