Dockray

Dockray is a pretty English village by the Ullswater lake in Cumbria. It is ideally situated to benefit from the absolute best of the Lake District National Park, near to several popular walks, including the Dockray Double Walk, and a host of visitor attractions, aided by the scenic ferry links across to Glenridding, Ullswater, Patterdale, Sandwick, and Pooley Bridge (and Penrith beyond).

The village provides an excellent choice of holiday accommodation, including a number of self-catering cottages, good shopping prospects, and a selection of very reputable family pub restaurants. Popular local attractions include Dalemain Mansion and Historic Gardens, Keswick Museum & Art Gallery, Cars of The Stars Motor Museum.
