Cornhill-On-Tweed

The village of Cornhill-on-Tweed in Northumberland lies on the River Tweed, within the beautiful England and Scotland Borders region. Within a mile of Cornhill-on-Tweed is the nearest Scottish town of Coldstream; well known as the home of the Coldstream Guards British Army regiment and the place where Edward I invaded Scotland in 1296. This area is popular with visitors for its outstanding Borders countryside and many historic towns, castles and attractions.
