Chesham

Chesham is a market town in the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in Buckinghamshire, England. It is scenically situated in the Chess Valley. The original 'old town' parts of the town, particularly Church Street and Germain Street, are part of a conservation area that includes numerous residential, institutional and commercial buildings dating from the 12th century. This is a relatively rural town that is surrounded by farmland, as well as being bordered on one side by Amershamand Chesham Bois. It does boast excellent amenities, however, along with a good range of shops, pubs, restaurants and holiday accommodation, and with good links to the rest of Buckinghamshire, this is sure to be an excellent place from which to explore the sites and attractions of the historic English South-East.

Popular attractions in the area include Wycombe Abbey, the Roald Dahl Children's Gallery, Hartwell House, and Winslow Hall, to name only a few.
