Camden Town

Camden Town is a well-known inner city district of north-west London, within the borough of Camden. It is located 2.5 miles away from Charing Cross. The town was an important location during England's industrial peak, and this heritage left it with excellent transport links and a prominent position on the London canal network, which now makes is a very appealing location to visit. Camden is well-known for its markets, which, along with the surrounding shops, are very popular with young people, in particular, for their "alternative" clothing.

The Regent's Canal, offers canal boat trips and water bus services to tourists in the summer months, calling at Regent's Park, London Zoo, Maida Vale, and Little Venice.
