Cambuslang

Cambuslang is a suburban village of the city of Glasgow, in Scotland. It is located within the local authority area of South Lanarkshire, to the south of the River Clyde, and is "the largest village in Scotland", with a population of approximately 25,000 people. Cambuslang Park is located on the outskirts of the village and is a very popular recreational area that spans 27 acres and including the wooded Borgie Glen ravine. The park offers an extensive network of pathways, a pond, sport pitches, and a bandstand.

Attractions in the area include the Scottish Football Museum - Hampden, Hunter House Heritage Centre, People's Palace and Winter Gardens, Holmwood House, National Museum of Rural Life, and Bothwell Castle.
