Boreland

Boreland is a small village in Dumfries and Galloway in the south-west of Scotland. It is scenically situated on higher ground, near the bottom of the Eskdale Valley, between the town of Lockerbie and the historic spa town of moffat, not far from Dumfries. It is surrounded by attractive countryside, which makes it a popular visiting place, boasting simple but adequate amenities, several traditional pubs, and a choice of quality holiday accommodation.
