Bexleyheath

Bexleyheath suburb of South London, one of 35 major centres of Greater London. It was historically within the county of Kent until the 1960s, when the jurisdiction of the London County Council was expanded. Bexley is a relatively affluent area that features a large park and a high proportion of very large houses and a Roman Road passes through this ancient settlement, and divides the modern suburb into two. A clock-tower in the busy town centre shopping area commemorates the coronation of King George V in 1912.

The town features a Cineworld cinema hotel, a ten-pin bowling alley, and the Edward Alderton Theatre, as well as excellent transport links to all the sites and attractions of London.
