There are some amenities and a choice of shops here and of course there are further developed towns and villages for additional choice on the island. The Anglesey Coastal Path passes through Benllech, taking the visitor on a wonderful, scenic journey through the diverse flora and fauna of this unspoilt island.

Benllech offers plenty of accommodation choices with several hotels, a camping and caravan site and bed and breakfast establishments. Many former holiday makers have chosen to retire in this picturesque village with its well-planned bungalow estates, giving Benllech a culturally mixed population. Just like all the villages and towns of Anglesey, Benllech benefits from the abundance of heritage sites, museums, galleries, visitor and cultural attractions on the island; including the fascinating Anglesey Sea Zoo, the Butterfly Palace and Historic Beaumaris with its castle.
